Let me be clear: Abortion care is a human right. Every single person is
entitled to reproductive freedom and control over their own body.

The recent revelation that the Supreme Court is set to overturn Roe v.
Wade makes the stakes in this fight clearer than ever. The Court is not on
the side of the people, and anti-choice politicians in states like Ohio,
Kentucky, and Florida are joining other states — such as Oklahoma — in
stepping up their efforts to restrict abortion access.

In the face of these attacks, we must support those on the front lines,
and we must legislate like our lives depend on it. Because they do.
Congress must codify access to abortion without delay.
