John – After the SCOTUS majority made several alarming decisions on voting rights and redistricting, A.G. Holder had this to say:

The Supreme Court continues to put its legitimacy at risk.

Indeed, SCOTUS has become so politicized by its six ultra-conservative justices that it’s losing its legitimacy, and Justice Alito’s leaked draft opinion only bears that out.

So what do we do now? Our answer at the NDRC is this: We keep fighting for our democracy – no matter what SCOTUS does.

Because our strategy to secure fair elections, and thereby make sure an extreme minority can’t impose their laws on the rest of us , never depended on one court.

We’ll keep fighting. And we’d love to have you with us.
