John, with all that’s going on, you may have missed the massive announcement that Donald Trump just endorsed one of my extremist opponents. It’s telling that during such a critical time in our nation’s history in our fight to protect our civil liberties, Trump would make me the FIRST incumbent Democrat to have a Trump-endorsed opponent.

In the recent round of primaries from Ohio to Indiana, all of Trump’s endorsed candidates won. This is another alarming signal that the GOP has fully embraced extremism and is willing to take us back into the 20th century with regressive policies.
