Folks, I need to make sure you saw my email from last night
about the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade. 

Today is Ohio’s primary election and the stakes of our battleground Senate
race have never been higher. Every single one of my GOP opponents supports
dangerous, restrictive anti-abortion laws. 

JD Vance called pregnancy from rape “​​inconvenient” and tweeted that he
hoped the news of the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade was “true.” 

Josh Mandel wants Roe overturned, and even supports Ohio’s extreme
heartbeat legislation and other dangerous bills across the country that
would allow people to sue anyone who helps someone get an abortion.

It’s despicable and we can’t let them anywhere near the United States
Senate. Our only choice to protect reproductive rights is to win this race
and expand our Democratic Senate majority.

Hello,

Moments ago, the Supreme Court’s draft decision to overturn Roe v. Wade
was leaked. This is incredibly difficult news and I’m outraged. 

Overturning Roe would be catastrophic for Ohio, where Republicans have
introduced one extreme proposal after another to ban abortion before most
women even know they're pregnant.

Our work has never been more important than right now. A 50/50 Senate has
failed to protect abortion for people across the country. From the
minority, Republicans abused the filibuster to block the Women’s Health
Protection Act that would have codified Roe.

50/50 is not enough. If we want to make an impact on the issues that
really matter, we must expand our Democratic majority—and that means we
must win this race.

things you can do to fight for reproductive rights is make a donation to
this campaign. If we can flip this seat, we can expand the Democratic
majority and protect the right to an abortion.

along: pack the courts with right-wing judges, empower state legislatures
