The alarming rise of ghost guns — guns that can be self-assembled and don’t require a background check — is threatening our safety. They’re dangerous, they’re untraceable, and they have no place on our streets. Criminals are using them to commit crimes, and we need to take action to get these guns off our streets.

As the People’s Attorney General, I’ve taken thousands of illegal guns out of the hands of criminals in just my first term and held the criminals putting these guns on our streets accountable. But we cannot back down from this fight until it’s won, John.
