Drive up your engagement with personalized messaging

Merge Fields and Smart Links in Mobile Messaging help you add a personal touch to your Broadcast messages, Automation messages, and Keyword word responses.

Tailor your mobile campaigns by addressing a supporter by name, identifying their elected officials, and more. You can even use Smart Links to auto-populate form fields, making contributions quick and easy for your donors.

Georgia filers: Use the most up-to-date compliance tools

Later this month, we’re releasing important modifications to the Georgia disclosure reporting process to support filing with the new system, including:

-Adding support for the new upload format

-Adding support for the new API

-Updating the data entry process to collect new information required for filing

To get ready for your first filing in the new system, prepare your report early to make sure you have plenty of time to check your warnings and errors before the end of the reporting period.



Get a better understanding of how your Online Actions forms are performing

The new Online Forms Comparison Report helps you assess and compare your forms' performance quickly and easily.

You can include metrics like Conversion Rate, Average Contribution Amount, Total Number of New Contacts, and many other data points in your report to see which forms saw the most engagement or brought in the most money.

Stay compliant with cycle limits when tracking joint contributions

You may now include pledges, identified by source code, when calculating Cycles & Limits. You may also include pledges by source code in the Contribution Over Limit Report.

This makes it easier for you to track in-flight allocated joint fundraising contributions and stay compliant with donor cycle limits.

Important reminders

We also want to inform you that our offices will be closed on Friday, April 29th for a company Self-Care day in service to our commitment to employee wellness. Though our offices are closed, we will be actively monitoring support channels and available for time-sensitive and urgent items.

The next round of routine server maintenance will occur on May 21st-23rd between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM Eastern. You may experience approximately 10 to 15 minutes of degraded system performance during this period. While the interruption is typically limited to a quarter of an hour, we may need up to a full hour to account for contingencies.
