Have you had enough yet? Friend, As mentioned the other day: Consumer costs have soared 8.5% within just 12 months. We're now on our sixth straight month of 6%-plus inflation. And the price of a gallon of gas still remains more than $4. But if you think that Beacon Hill's Democratic leadership is going to lend a hand to Massachusetts taxpayers, think again. These are the same people who dismissed a proposal to temporarily suspend the state gas tax as a "stunt" and a "gimmick." Even the Democrats controlling state government in Connecticut and New York didn't see it that way. On top of all this, House Speaker Ron Mariano's (D-Quincy) budget boosts spending by more than $2 billion compared to last year, with zero relief for the taxpayers who pay for his and his colleagues' bloated salaries. Had enough? Donate today. The Democratic majority on Beacon Hill isn't budging when it comes to helping out Massachusetts taxpayers. The only way to reign them in is to beat them at the ballot box in November. Your donation can help us make sure that happens. Please consider making a contribution today. Every dollar counts.
