last two years. And in November 2019, on the anniversary of Kristallnacht,

It was 35 years ago: With Ethiopia affected by war and famine, Israel undertook
a secret operation to rescue Ethiopian Jews. It was known as Operation Moses. In
seven weeks, 8,000 Ethiopian Jews were airlifted from Sudan and brought to
safety in their new home: Israel.
