The Biden administration recently announced bold actions to boost clean manufacturing and strengthen American efforts to combat the climate crisis – including the implementation of my USEIT Act!

I’m especially glad that the Biden administration's plan will implement my USEIT Act, which became law in 2020. This legislation promotes the research and development of carbon capture and storage technologies.
