I’m especially glad that the Biden administration's plan will implement my USEIT Act, which became law in 2020. This legislation promotes the research and development of carbon capture and storage technologies. It will help move us toward a clean energy economy by reducing dangerous emissions and encouraging the development of new technologies and uses for carbon.
