John --
Last week was a huge victory for workers when the House majority passed the first federal minimum wage increase in over a decade to raise the wage to $15 per hour by 2025.
Working families across the country have been advocating for a $15 wage for nearly seven years, but the fight doesn't stop here, John.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has blocked almost every piece of legislation that has moved through the House. We can't let the self-proclaimed "grim reaper" of progress stand in the way of opportunity for American workers.
Join Suzan DelBene in showing Senator McConnell that the people demand an increase to $15 an hour. Add your name as a citizen co-sponsor of the Raise The Wage Act today.

Although Washington state has been gradually raising its minimum wage (it will be $13.50 in 2020), there are still 21 other states where workers earn the current federal minimum wage of $7.25 per hour.
A stagnant minimum wage is forcing parents to choose between getting groceries or paying rent. Seniors are working multiple jobs past retirement to stay afloat. And as long as workers are living paycheck-to-paycheck, our communities will struggle.
It's time we raise the minimum wage so every American has the opportunity to thrive. Help Suzan prove to Senator McConnell that the people are calling for a decent wage. Add your name now.
