I just learned that I am the only candidate in this race who has pledged to refuse all corporate PAC money. I'm proud to be running a campaign by and for the people of this district, but it does mean I must rely even more on grassroots donations.

Money in politics is exactly why we still don't have universal background checks in this country. It's why our seniors are still getting gouged on prescription drug costs. We have to raise money to compete and win in competitive races like ours, but we do NOT have to compromise our values along the way.
