Fellow Conservative,
Good Saturday Morning to everyone except the fake liberal fact checkers at Facebook!
That’s right. The Facebook censors came after our latest video <[link removed]>. Here’s the story...
Facebook Censors Heritage Action
We published a video on social media using Biden’s OWN WORDS to show his administration’s assault on American energy producers. Facebook censored it as “missing context” and took down our ads of the video.
>>> Watch the video—uncensored—right here on Gettr <[link removed]>.
And here’s the fake fact check that Facebook slapped on our post:
We’re right, and Facebook is wrong. Here’s why:
- Biden and his cabinet have repeatedly stated their desire to kill the oil & gas industry in favor of the Green New Deal.
- Biden on DAY ONE of his presidency canceled the Keystone XL pipeline.
- Biden signed an executive order STOPPING all oil & gas leasing on federal land.
- Biden has installed extreme anti-energy officials at all levels of government, especially those at the EPA who unilaterally regulate the energy industry.
- Biden and the Democrats passed billions of dollars in subsidies for green energy as part of the $1.2 trillion dollar infrastructure package.
- Just this week, even Democratic Senator Joe Manchin came out against Biden’s pick for the Federal Reserve because of her hostility to American oil and gas <[link removed]>.
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand the President’s ongoing attack on American energy producers. We’re all experiencing it in our daily lives. Yet social media companies can’t seem to tolerate criticisms of Biden’s climate policies.

At the moment, Big Tech is flexing their muscles and trying to control speech. It’s anti-American and it needs to stop.
Here’s how we’re fighting censorship…
Legislation to Combat Big Tech Censorship
Heritage Action is actively engaging in legislation to rein in Big Tech. Here are some of those efforts:
- Georgia’s SB 393: Protects the exchange of ideas and information regardless of political affiliation, implements public reporting of moderation practices and establishes a private right of action against Big Tech companies for censorship. If you’re a Georgian, click here to email the GA House <[link removed]> and tell them to vote “Yes”!
- Ohio’s HB 441: Prohibits companies from censoring Ohioans and allows customers to hold them accountable for violating the law.
- And there will be more to come.
We’ll keep you updated on our efforts to fight Big Tech totalitarianism. In the meantime, check out The Heritage Foundation’s policy proposals <[link removed]> for holding Big Tech accountable.
Next Week: SCOTUS Hearings
After extensive lobbying from radical Leftist groups like Demand Justice <[link removed]>, President Biden nominated Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to serve on the Supreme Court.
And that’s the light that Senators should view her nomination as they begin confirmation hearings on Monday, March 21. Jackson is the favored pick of progressives. She was not nominated to be an impartial juror, but a judicial activist.
Judge Jackson is soft on crime <[link removed]> and soft on illegal immigration <[link removed]>, a troubling pattern shared by many of Biden’s nominees:
- Biden’s pick for the Justice Department, Merrick Garland, labeled parents as “domestic terrorists” while presiding over record crime in our cities.
- Biden’s pick for Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, opened up our southern border and let in over 2 million illegal immigrants in 2021.
But Judge Jackson is even a step further to the radical Left, with an alarming record of lenient sentencing for pedophiles and sexual predators. You can read more about that here <[link removed]>.
It’s critical that you contact your Senators and tell them that Judge Jackson is unfit for the Supreme Court.
>>>Take Action: Tell your Senators—vote NO on Ketanji Brown Jackson <[link removed]>
Happening on the Hill—Congress Wastes Time
So with Congress rushing last week to spend $1.5 trillion, you’d think they are just very busy legislators. If you recall, there was less than 24 hours to read through 2,741 pages, including 367 pages of earmarks <[link removed]>.
But this week proved what a farce that all was, and showed how much time Congress really has.
The House was in session all week and considered a slate of boring bills like renaming post offices and such. They also voted on partisan legislation that won’t pass the Senate and a redundant messaging bill.
The Senate passed a bill by unanimous consent making Daylight Savings permanent.
While Americans do real work, Congress does almost nothing. Congress didn’t address inflation, the border, big tech authoritarianism, or end vaccine mandates and the national emergency.
So just remember all this for the next time your member of Congress tells you they “had to vote YES” on a rushed multi-trillion dollar spending bill.
