<p>The Auburn City Council intends to hold a Public Hearing on <strong>Monday, March 28th, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. </strong>in the City Council Chambers, 60 Court Street, Auburn, Maine to discuss the following items:</p>

<li>Zoning Amendment Court Street/City Core of Urban Residential Area; 1,687.41 acres of Urban Residential to Traditional Neighborhood Development District Areas (T-4.2). This is the same amendment that you have been notified of twice when it was considered by the Planning Board.</li>
</ol>
<p>There will also be a public reading and discussion at the City Council Meeting <strong>on March 21, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.</strong> in the City Council Chambers, 60 Court Street, Auburn, Maine.</p>
