The Auburn City Council intends to hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 28th, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 60 Court Street, Auburn, Maine to discuss the following items:

1. Zoning Amendment Court Street/City Core of Urban Residential Area; 1,687.41 acres of Urban Residential to Traditional Neighborhood Development District Areas (T-4.2). This is the same amendment that you have been notified of twice when it was considered by the Planning Board.

There will also be a public reading and discussion at the City Council Meeting on March 21, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 60 Court Street, Auburn, Maine.
