Apple’s recently implemented Mail Privacy Protection (MPP) program changes how you evaluate your email performance. Understanding how these changes are affecting your open rates is essential.
With Apple’s new MPP, you might find that your open rates are inflated, as emails sent to Apple’s Mail app will now register as opened upon delivery, regardless of whether or not an email was read.
