We’re making history, folks.
President Biden announced Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson as his nominee for U.S. Supreme Court Justice earlier today.
Here’s a little bit about what this historic nomination means for America:
Ketanji Brown Jackson will be the first Black woman to sit on the U.S. Supreme Court bench.
She brings much-needed diversity of experience to the Supreme Court bench. Judge Jackson has served as a public defender, as Vice Chair of the U.S. Sentencing Commission, and as a federal judge, where she has been confirmed with bipartisan support twice.
Sign our card to say congratulations to Judge Jackson on her historic nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court.
