We’re making history, folks.
President Biden announced Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson as his nominee for U.S. Supreme Court Justice earlier today.
Here’s a little bit about what this historic nomination means for America:
Ketanji Brown Jackson will be the first Black woman to sit on the U.S. Supreme Court bench.
She brings much-needed diversity of experience to the Supreme Court bench. Judge Jackson has served as a public defender, as Vice Chair of the U.S. Sentencing Commission, and as a federal judge, where she has been confirmed with bipartisan support twice.
Sign our card to say congratulations to Judge Jackson on her historic nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court.
President Biden committed to making our highest court look more like our nation — and with the nomination of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, we’re finally one step closer to making that vision into a reality.
