Morgan’s latest bill – LETTs Grow – would be a game-changer for Kentuckians and our state’s economy. Its goal is simple:

L egalize marijuana.
E xpunge past crimes.
T reat patients in need of medicinal use.
T ax sales of cannabis for adults who use it recreationally.

If passed, this bill will create jobs across Kentucky in a whole new industry and bring more than $100 million in tax revenue to Kentucky per year – and it will be a huge leap in the fight for criminal justice reform.
