Morgan’s latest bill – LETTs Grow – would be a game-changer for Kentuckians and our state’s economy. Its goal is simple:
Legalize marijuana.
Expunge past crimes.
Treat patients in need of medicinal use.
Tax sales of cannabis for adults who use it recreationally.
If passed, this bill will create jobs across Kentucky in a whole new industry and bring more than $100 million in tax revenue to Kentucky per year – and it will be a huge leap in the fight for criminal justice reform.
