Earlier today, the GOP’s gerrymandered state legislative maps were UPHELD by a panel dominated by Republican judges.

John, it’s unconscionable that these maps were allowed to stand. They’re an obvious partisan power grab — Republican legislators drew lines that would protect their positions of power while making it impossible for Democratic candidates to stand a chance, no matter what the voters actually want.

Functionally, these maps give some voters more of a say in our government than others. That’s an absolute failure of our democracy.
