The Gender Identity Respect, Dignity, and Safety Act to improve living conditions for incarcerated transgender people
Decriminalization of Sex Work to open the door to legal protections that reduce violence, increase safety, and improve access to health care
The LGBT Long-Term Care Facility Bill of Rights to protect LGBTQ elders from discrimination
Comprehensive Sex Education in Schools to mandate medically accurate, inclusive, age-appropriate, K-12 comprehensive sex ed that reflects national standards
A Transgender & Gender Nonconforming Wellness and Equity Fund to support organizations led by TGNC individuals and help foster new leadership
Funding for the LGBT Health & Human Services Network to support 70 organizations that provide free and low-cost, LGBTQ-affirming health care services
