Here’s what your signature would support:

• The Gender Identity Respect, Dignity, and Safety Act to improve living conditions for incarcerated transgender people
• Decriminalization of Sex Work to open the door to legal protections that reduce violence, increase safety, and improve access to health care
• The LGBT Long-Term Care Facility Bill of Rights to protect LGBTQ elders from discrimination
• Comprehensive Sex Education in Schools to mandate medically accurate, inclusive, age-appropriate, K-12 comprehensive sex ed that reflects national standards 
• A Transgender & Gender Nonconforming Wellness and Equity Fund to support organizations led by TGNC individuals and help foster new leadership 
• Funding for the LGBT Health & Human Services Network to support 70 organizations that provide free and low-cost, LGBTQ-affirming health care services 

Our goal is to reach 2,000 signatures before we deliver the petition to New York State lawmakers. So don’t forget to spread the word!
