For this meeting, we will discuss the healthcare industry with a dialogue and Q & A with professionals from that sector. The Committee is pleased to welcome to speak to the group: Dr. David Lee, Chief Medical Officer, Virginia Hospital Center Melody Dickerson, Chief Nursing Officer, Virginia Hospital Center The goal is to learn about the future workforce needs within the hospitality industry to determine how our educational system can best help. Going forward, with the exception of the budget, only bills that have passed in their chamber of origin may be considered – so a House bill that has not yet passed the House of Delegates or a Senate bill that has not yet passed the Senate has failed for the year.
