The deadline to register to vote is in just two weeks.

My friend Kate assumed she was registered to vote.

She pays council tax, she's lived in the same place for many years, she likes to think she's politically engaged.

But Kate was actually one of the 9 million peoplein this country who were not correctly registered. <[link removed]>

As of September, nearly 1 in 5 voters were not registered.

Let them know that if they aren’t registered by November 26 <[link removed]>, they’ll be denied a vote in one of the most significant elections for a generation.

This is a snap election. People haven’t been given a lot of time to register. I think it’s unacceptable that millions of people could be denied a vote.
