Dear beloveds,
AMC2022 will be a hybrid conference, convening national participants online and curating a hyper-local, in-person convening for Detroiters, Metro Detroit residents, and communities throughout Michigan (occupied Anishinaabe, Peoria, and Meskwaki land).
Convening June 30th – July 3rd, 2022, the conference will be a space to explore new forms of organizing, infused with creativity, deep listening, and synergy between diverse mediums and tactics. * WithThis Is Not a Bill, ([link removed]) Detroit artist Kristle Marshall sends illustrated postcards depicting joy to strangers.
* AMP is seeking a Digital Content Assistant ([link removed]) for a 6 month contract with the possibility of a full-time position upon conclusion of the contract. We are seeking a media-maker with skills in website administration, graphic design, and social media management. Apply your skills to help bring to life the 22nd Annual Allied Media Conference, while also supporting the storytelling capacities of AMP and its network of people and projects making media for liberation. * Detroit Narrative Agency is hiring anAdministrative Assistant ([link removed]) salary starts at 40-45K per year.
* Detroit Justice Center ([link removed]) is staffing up. They are seeking: Senior Development Associate, Website/Impact Report Designer, HR/DEI Manager, Financial Analyst, and Staff Attorney.
