David J. Kramer <[link removed]>, a former Assistant Secretary of State in the George W. Bush Administration, joined the Bush Institute this week as Managing Director, Global Policy. A world-renowned expert on global issues, Kramer recently spoke to CBS 11 in Dallas about the situation unfolding along the Russian-Ukrainian border.
