[Judicial Watch]

Dear Judicial Watch Member,

Already, this early into the New Year – Judicial Watch’s work is
exploding in volume and growing in historic importance.

That’s why I ask that you consider supporting us with a special
tax-deductible gift today.

In just the past few weeks…

* We filed a federal civil rights lawsuit on behalf of Kari McRae, a
Massachusetts high school teacher who was fired in retaliation for
posts on social media objecting to the inclusion of Critical Race
Theory (CRT) in schools. They targeted and fired her for exercising
her First Amendment rights to criticize CRT…but we will not let them
trample her civil rights. Thisis the third federal civil rights
lawsuit Judicial Watch has filed in the last 12 months on behalf of
teachers fired for expressing conservative views!

* We filed “warning notices” against 14 counties and five states
– Arkansas, California, Illinois, New York and Oregon – that we
will sue them for evident violations of the voter roll cleaning
provisions of the National Voter Registration Act, if not promptly
corrected. Judicial Watch continues to lead the charge for clean voter
rolls and election integrity!

* And just last week, _WE WON A HUGE COURT VICTORY_ in Asheville,
North Carolina, which, thanks to a Judicial Watch lawsuit, ended its
indefensible race-based scholarship program that excluded non-black
students. It is illegal to discriminate on the basis of race. Period.

Our need to monitor and police our government officials never
ends…corrupt politicians and secretive government bureaucrats cannot
police themselves! And no one is working harder than your Judicial
Watch to challenge this culture of corruption.

And we can do this essential work because… and only because…of the
generous support we receive from our supporters. With your help
[[link removed]],
we don’t let
corrupt politicians like Joe Biden off the hook just because they won
an election.

Nor do we let Deep State officials escape accountability for
undermining our Constitution and keeping citizens in the dark about
what government is doing! When they refuse to comply with our open
records laws or violate other statutes, we challenge them in the
courts. And since Congress has proven untrustworthy in its oversight
role, we fully intend to conduct more investigations and filing more
lawsuits in 2022.

Indeed, we have a lot of hard work ahead this year…

We are also leading the way challenging illegal state and local
sanctuary policies that cripple immigration law
enforcement…including our historic lawsuit challenging the deadly
sanctuary policy in Santa Clara County, California (San Jose).

And Judicial Watch’s work in the courts supporting law enforcement
against illegal immigration has never been more urgent. Joe Biden is
the most radical open-borders president in our history, and the crisis
on our southern border prove it.

On this and so many legal fronts, your Judicial Watch is virtually the

only game in town! JUDICIAL WATCH’S INDEPENDENT WATCHDOG WORK
LEAVES

CONGRESS AND BIG LEFTIST MEDIA IN THE DUST…AND WE PROVE THAT EVERY
DAY!

But these battles are expensive…

…and we don’t have the deep pockets of the government to fund our
independent investigations, litigation and public education…instead,
we rely on you and other conservative Americans who share our
commitment to upholding the rule of law.

That’s why I am counting on you to help us with a tax-deductible
contribution at this time.
