In just the past few weeks…

• We filed a federal civil rights lawsuit on behalf of Kari McRae, a Massachusetts high school teacher who was fired in retaliation for posts on social media objecting to the inclusion of Critical Race Theory (CRT) in schools. They targeted and fired her for exercising her First Amendment rights to criticize CRT…but we will not let them trample her civil rights. Thisis the third federal civil rights lawsuit Judicial Watch has filed in the last 12 months on behalf of teachers fired for expressing conservative views!

• We filed “warning notices” against 14 counties and five states – Arkansas, California, Illinois, New York and Oregon – that we will sue them for evident violations of the voter roll cleaning provisions of the National Voter Registration Act, if not promptly corrected. Judicial Watch continues to lead the charge for clean voter rolls and election integrity!

• And just last week, we won a huge court victory in Asheville, North Carolina, which, thanks to a Judicial Watch lawsuit, ended its indefensible race-based scholarship program that excluded non-black students. It is illegal to discriminate on the basis of race. Period.

Our need to monitor and police our government officials never ends…corrupt politicians and secretive government bureaucrats cannot police themselves! And no one is working harder than your Judicial Watch to challenge this culture of corruption.
