Taxpayer, we’re suing the NIH. But let me explain…
White Coat Waste Project recently exposed how the NIH wastes $140 million at
foreign animal labs all around the world.
Now our investigators just discovered an illegal loophole
[[link removed]] that makes the NIH foreign aid crisis even worse than we thought.
The NIH has SECRETLY EXEMPTED these foreign labs from maintaining animal care committees — a flagrant
violation of U.S. federal law!
Because of NIH's Foreign Animal Lab Loophole, Taxpayer,
barbaric animal experiments that would NEVER be approved in the U.S. are simply
outsourced to countries like Russia, China, and Tunisia instead – where the
victims can be tortured without penalty.
That's right: greedy foreign white coats get to TAKE even more of your cash for the world's worst experiments.
Taxpayer, sign our petition to become a citizen plaintiff
on WCW's new lawsuit and help close NIH's Foreign Animal Lab Loophole!

[[link removed]]Taxpayer, allow me to break it down for you…
Federal law states that any lab that conducts experiments on animals using
American taxpayer funds via the NIH must have an animal care committee.
These oversight committees — while far from perfect — are charged with
reviewing, approving, or withholding approval for proposed animal experiments:
They inspect animal laboratories, address concerns about animal welfare and lab
safety, and report deficiencies.
They ensure that animal experiments are not duplicative, that non-animal test
methods are considered, and they have the power to suspend non-compliant animal
experiments.
Sounds pretty important for preventing animal abuse and waste, right?
That’s why WCW investigators were alarmed to discover how NIH illegally exempts
foreign white coats from this essential oversight.

And that's why we're suing. The NIH is not above the law, and we are challenging
this attack on spending transparency and animal welfare in court.
Taxpayer, please sign this urgent petition in support of
WCW's new lawsuit and help close NIH's Foreign Animal Lab Loophole!

[[link removed]]Taxpayer, take a good hard look at this photo.
Remember how WCW exposed Dr. Fauci’s $375,000 payout to a foreign beagle lab in
Tunisia?
And surely you recall how WCW first exposed NIH’s payout to round up wild bats,
electro-shock small animals, and conduct dangerous “gain-of-function”
experiments to supercharge coronaviruses at the Wuhan Lab — the probable source of the COVID-19 pandemic.
NIH foreign aid is OUT OF CONTROL. Rogue white coats REFUSE to obey the law. But WCW’s new lawsuit will MAKE them behave!

Taxpayer, this new lawsuit is a key test.
Powerful Members of Congress are watching closely to see how strongly taxpayers
feel about closing the loophole. We need a critical mass of citizen plaintiffs
to join us from the launch.
Your signature will also send a key message to the pro-Fauci, pro-NIH media: taxpayers shouldn’t be forced to pay off NIH’s foreign animal abusers!
Thanks,
