Trump has been out of the White House for nearly a year now, but immigrants remain at risk. Democrats have control of both chambers of Congress and the White House, yet, so far, they haven’t delivered any meaningful reforms for our immigrant friends, family, and neighbors.

Courthouses remain backlogged and behind schedule ([link removed]) , throwing immigrants’ futures in limbo.

Pandemic recovery aid for undocumented immigrants has run out ([link removed]) , leaving thousands of workers vulnerable.

Our communities continue to battle COVID-19 without adequate health coverage in the midst of a global pandemic. ([link removed])

While our immigrant communities remain vulnerable to political inaction, New York State has the power to step in where the federal government has failed. But it’s up to us to advocate and fight for our communities in Albany and beyond.

This year, we’re launching statewide campaigns to:
* expand health coverage for all regardless of immigration status ([link removed]) ,
* end state and local collusion with ICE ([link removed]) ,
* guarantee all immigrants have access to a lawyer when facing deportation ([link removed]) ,
* ensure language access is provided for all government services,
* make the Excluded Workers Fund permanent in New York State ([link removed]) ,
* and so much more.
