Trump has been out of the White House for nearly a year now, but immigrants remain at risk. Democrats have control of both chambers of Congress and the White House, yet, so far, they haven’t delivered any meaningful reforms for our immigrant friends, family, and neighbors. 

Courthouses remain backlogged and behind schedule, throwing immigrants’ futures in limbo. 

Pandemic recovery aid for undocumented immigrants has run out, leaving thousands of workers vulnerable.

Our communities continue to battle COVID-19 without adequate health coverage in the midst of a global pandemic. 

While our immigrant communities remain vulnerable to political inaction, New York State has the power to step in where the federal government has failed. But it’s up to us to advocate and fight for our communities in Albany and beyond.
