The Supreme Court could overrule Roe v. Wade as early as next summer pending the outcome of their decision regarding Mississippi’s restrictive abortion ban.

The Court has already allowed the Texas bill criminalizing abortion and prohibiting the procedure in nearly all cases to stand, putting the lives of many at risk.

Barbara knows we CANNOT return to an era before Roe , which is why she helped pass the Women’s Health Protection Act to codify the right to an abortion and the full slate of reproductive care.
