The Supreme Court could overrule Roe v. Wade as early as next summer pending the outcome of their decision regarding Mississippi’s restrictive abortion ban.

The Court has already allowed the Texas bill criminalizing abortion and prohibiting the procedure in nearly all cases to stand, putting the lives of many at risk.
