CLASP Builds on Public Interest Law Roots Through Amicus Advocacy for Immigrants
Threats from the Trump Administration have presented an increased demand for CLASP to tap its public interest law roots by partnering with legal advocacy organizations to support litigation with "amicus curie "briefs. Recently, CLASP helped lead "amicus" briefs in three cases challenging the Trump Administration's relentless attacks on immigrant families.
