NGP VAN Support is expanding coverage and on-call monitoring during your most critical fundraising time of the year.

For the final two weekends of the year, December 18th-19th and December 25th-26th, and the first weekend of the new year January 1st-2nd, we will be on-call monitoring for any urgent issues.

Though our offices are closed on Monday, December 27th in observance of Christmas, we will have a team on-call actively monitoring support channels and available for time-sensitive items.

During the final week of the year, December 28th-31st our offices are open regular hours, with evening hours monitoring for urgent issues.  Our office is open on December 31st as well.

Finally, our offices will be closed on Monday, January 3rd in observance of New Year’s, but we will be on-call monitoring for any critical issues.

We will resume regular hours on Tuesday, January 4th.
