Micro-credentials have the potential to fundamentally change how we develop, reward, and retain strong teacher talent in the classroom. Done well, these short, competency-based recognitions provide teachers with the opportunity to learn and demonstrate new knowledge and skills that are timely are relevant to their career advancement and their classroom.

But what, exactly, are micro-credentials? How can micro-credentials enhance teacher learning? What statewide and federal policies are needed to support their use?

On behalf of The Hunt Institute and in partnership with digiLearn, we're excited to invite you to our special virtual event series on micro-credentials. Throughout the series, we will discuss how micro-credentials are leveraged across the country, as well as outlining policies and practices to consider for those interested in adopting micro-credentials in their district or state.
