additional $20,000 over email to support our efforts to keep Jamaal in

John, as you
may have heard, redistricting makes the road ahead for this campaign
incredibly uncertain. Add a right-wing primary challenger into the mix,
and you have the makings of what's already shaping up to be a difficult
re-election fight.

Here's the thing: We can overcome these challenges with people power. As
Organizing Manager, one of the most important aspects of my job is to find
ways to use our grassroots power to mobilize, organize, and energize our
base.

As we look toward next year, we're already starting to lay the groundwork
to train volunteers, identify volunteer leaders, secure digital tools, and
build a field plan that can meet the moment of a vigorous primary
election.

But all of those efforts require serious resources, which is why I'm
