Dear John,

As a program manager at New American Leaders (NAL), I inspire community advocates to run for office and lead campaigns. It is my honor to help young rising leaders embrace their immigrant heritage as a leadership asset and take their first steps to run, win, and lead.

This work is difficult, but incredibly rewarding. [[link removed]] It takes a lot of convincing to get aspiring New American leaders to believe they can run and win.
