We’ve talked to you about how Julius Jones would be a free man if another
DA was in office. The same can be said for Marvin Guy.

Marvin Guy has spent SEVEN years sitting in a local county jail in
Killeen, Texas — without having ever had a trial. For a crime he never
committed.

Now he’s facing the death penalty following a faulty no-knock drug raid on
his apartment that nearly killed him and his girlfriend, and left an
officer dead.

And if a DA with a backbone was in office, Marvin would have been freed a
long time ago, and this case would have been tossed in the trash.

Our partner organization, Grassroots Law, has taken on Marvin’s case and
is helping pay for legal and investigative fees — over $50,000 each month.
