Marvin Guy has spent SEVEN years sitting in a local county jail in Killeen, Texas — without having ever had a trial. For a crime he never committed.

Now he’s facing the death penalty following a faulty no-knock drug raid on his apartment that nearly killed him and his girlfriend, and left an officer dead.

And if a DA with a backbone was in office, Marvin would have been freed a long time ago, and this case would have been tossed in the trash.
