Small Changes, Big Results
========================================
It's week three of The Big Step Up and we're discussing
diabetes management to help you thrive day in and day out.
Diabetes is a daily battle, with monitoring blood sugar (blood
glucose) levels, understanding what you eat, staying active, taking
medication, and so much more, it can be a hassle. But there's
good news! Having an eating plan, being active, taking your
medication, taking advantage of technology, and educating yourself
about diabetes can help on your diabetes journey.
Diabetes demands action. Starting slowly and making small changes can
lead to big results.
Here are two actionable tips and resources to help you on your
diabetes journey:
* Step up to new, healthy recipes that can be found on Diabetes Food
Hub®
