Friend, Today is an occasion to honor our nation’s veterans who volunteered to serve the greatest country on Earth. Those who put it all on the line for our country are the reason why we enjoy rights, liberties and freedoms found nowhere else on the planet! So, on behalf of myself, Brianna and our entire family: THANK YOU! On a personal note, the selflessness of America’s service members is the only reason why I’m alive today. When I stepped on an enemy IED in Afghanistan, I would have been left for dead had it not been for the quick action of my brothers on the battlefield. They ran directly TOWARD the sound of the explosion even though they knew it could put their own lives at risk. So, if there is a veteran in your life, I hope you’ll thank them today for their service and sacrifice.
