On Tuesday night, eight Republicans who have confessed to attending the deadly insurrection on January 6th were elected to public office.

Insurrectionists won in states across the country, including Virginia, Idaho, New Jersey, and even Massachusetts. They were elected to seats ranging from school board to the Virginia House of Delegates.
