Katie Porter (CA-45) held Big Oil CEOs accountable in Congressional Hearings — calling out the billions that fossil fuel company Shell would be spending this year on oil, gas and chemicals and contrasting it with the very little they spend on renewable energy, despite its pledge to become a greener company.
