“Should I call Chuck Schumer?”
That’s what a voter in Parker asked me last night. She’d heard that
Schumer and the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee were trying to
manipulate this race—and she didn’t like it.
I don’t like it either, but the best way to counter the party bosses is to
beat them. [ [link removed] ]Will you help us stand up to Washington by chipping in

Here’s the truth:
whoever wins this nomination will have a lot more friends the next day.
The national party will support the nominee, and even a generic Democrat
leads Cory Gardner by 10 points.
But this is a Democratic primary, and we deserve a contest—not a
coronation.
Thousands of Coloradans agree. We received more contributions in
September—after Schumer and the DSCC weighed in against us—than in any
other month this year.
Now we’re approaching the end of October, and we need to keep our momentum
going. My team and I are crisscrossing the state, meeting with voters in
two dozen cities and towns in the last two weeks alone.

taking any from special-interest groups. Will you keep us on the road—all
the way to Washington—by chipping in $ or more right now?
