“Should I call Chuck Schumer?”
That’s what a voter in Parker asked me last night. She’d heard that Schumer and the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee were trying to manipulate this race—and she didn’t like it.
I don’t like it either, but the best way to counter the party bosses is to beat them. Will you help us stand up to Washington by chipping in $5 or more to our grassroots campaign right now?
But this is a Democratic primary, and we deserve a contest—not a coronation.
Thousands of Coloradans agree. We received more contributions in September—after Schumer and the DSCC weighed in against us—than in any other month this year.
Now we’re approaching the end of October, and we need to keep our momentum going. My team and I are crisscrossing the state, meeting with voters in two dozen cities and towns in the last two weeks alone.
