One more thing we learned at the end of the third quarter? The NRCC raised over $105 million -- maintaining their fundraising advantage over House Democrats.
Why that matters: Lee Zeldin has left this seat wide open, which makes New York's 1st District one of the very best opportunities for Democrats to hold onto control of the House. OR it's a chance for extreme Republicans to hold onto this seat and weaken our majority… the stakes are high.
With the GOP's gigantic war chest looming, we need to prepare to be outspent by the opposition.
We can expect smear campaigns against Kara and half-truths about her record -- tactics designed to divide and mislead voters. The best way to combat these attacks is to get our message out early and wide, but we need your help to have the resources to do that.
