There has been a sharp decline in breast cancer screenings during the pandemic and this threatens to exacerbate existing health disparities. This is deeply troubling because early detection can catch the disease when it is most treatable. That’s why Anna championed the Affordable Care Act’s women’s health provisions to guarantee preventative screening services and high quality care.
