John,
We probably do not need to remind you that October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. But, if it results in even one more woman getting a life-saving mammogram then it will have been worth it. Join us in raising awareness and fighting cancer→
There has been a sharp decline in breast cancer screenings during the pandemic and this threatens to exacerbate existing health disparities. This is deeply troubling because early detection can catch the disease when it is most treatable. That’s why Anna championed the Affordable Care Act’s women’s health provisions to guarantee preventative screening services and high quality care.
It's up to us to take action — sign our petition to stand with Anna and advocate for breast cancer screening and patients and survivor’s healthcare→
It is estimated that over 30,000 of our friends, neighbors, sisters, mothers and daughters, contracted breast cancer in California last year. How many will receive proper care?
Our community needs your help. Under our current healthcare system, patients still face tremendous barriers to care. Join us today to express your support for the ACA and its women’s health provisions that eliminate co-pays for preventative screenings and so much more.
Join Anna in this life or death fight.
As they say, the best offense is a good defense — preventative care and screening is critical.
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, please sign our petition to advocate for improved access to screening and care→
Thank you for your support,
Team Anna
